We are very excited for your child’s last year at Friendly High School. This letter is to help you plan for all of the Senior Events and the cost that comes with graduation. We will be offering three different senior packages this year, the Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages. The Bronze package will cost $40 and only contains the graduation cap and gown. The Silver package will cost $200 and contains a yearbook, graduation announcements, a class T-Shirt, and the graduation cap and gown. The Gold package will cost $325 and contains a yearbook, graduation announcements, a class T-shirt, a ticket to the Senior Breakfast, a ticket to the Senior Lunch, a ticket to the Senior Picnic, and the graduation cap and gown.
You will be able to break up the cost of your senior package over three payment dates. The due dates are September 27th, October 30th and November 22nd. The late payment date will be December 13th. For example, if you chose the Gold Package, your payments would be $100 on September 27th $100 on October 30th, and a final payment of $125 on November 22nd.
Due to the number of graduating seniors this year, the class has been broken in half as to whom students will be giving their payments. Students with last names beginning with A - J will be depositing their payments with Mrs. Reynolds in Room 219. Students with last names beginning with K - Z will be depositing their money with Ms. Weems in room 209. Payments must be either cash or money order. Money orders should be made out to Friendly High School Class of 2014. Checks will not be accepted as a form of payment.
As we work together to ensure that the students achieve all of the graduation requirements we ask that you refer to the class website friendlpatriots2014.blogspot.com as a resource to help remind you of payment dates, service hour opportunities, and other senior events. If you have any further questions that can not be answered by the class wehsite we ask that you email us at erin.reynolds@pgcps.org or megan.weems@pgcps.org.
We are excited to celebrate all of the accomplishments of the class of 2014 over this school year.
Sincerely,
Robin Pope-Brown Erin Reynolds Megan Weems Tamala Smith
